Hi! I'm Raven Maldonado, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and I specialize working with women, children, and families. I've worked in various communities over the past 20 years, supporting children, adults, and families as they manage life transitions such as divorce and separation, the loss of a loved one, or becoming independent for the first time. I'm trained in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based practices and also care deeply about how race and culture impact how people experience relationships and life overall.
